Our Core Beliefs:
1. Cultural Affirmation: We embrace and celebrate Black culture, integrating Afrocentric stories, rhythms, and movements into our ballet curriculum. Our dancers learn to see themselves in the art they practice, fostering a sense of pride and connection to their heritage.
2. Grounded Movement: Our technique emphasizes strength, resilience, and connection to the earth. We redefine traditional ballet movements to be more grounded and powerful, encouraging dancers to express their identities authentically rather than conforming to outdated notions of "lightness" or fragility.
